• Food and Groceries: 30 minutes to 2 hours
• Medicines: 1-3 hours
• Parcels/Courier: 2-5 hours

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges will be calculated based on the distance and type of delivery. Charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment:

We offer the following payment options:

•  Cash on Delivery (COD)

Tracking:

Cancellation:

3. Order Dispatch: Once your order is ready, our delivery partner will pick up the order from the store or restaurant.
4. Delivery: Our delivery partner will deliver the order to the specified address within the estimated delivery time.

Returns and Refunds:

For food, grocery, and medicine orders, returns are not accepted due to health and safety regulations. For parcel/courier services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support for assistance.
